The meeting was opened with prayer by Roger Nelson and called to order by Pastor Maxi Saint-Fleur, Moderator, at 1:00 pm.

The minutes of the February 22, 2015, members meeting were approved as presented.

FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT BY ELANGE GUERRELUS, TREASURER
Br. Elange gave a complete finance report for March and April 2015. The church had a total income of $77,252.25 and total expenses of $80,246.05. We had a deficit of $2,993.80. Some members asked why the expenses were higher than the income. Br. Elange said the church expenses were very high because the church had several things that needed to be done on March and April. Our mortgage with Sun Trust had a big impact on the church expenses.

HMI (HUMANITARIAN MINISTRY INTERNATIONAL)
Br. Patrick Delice talked about a couple things that HMI are doing this year.
HMI is doing a fundraising Concert on August 15, 2015.

Fr. Desir Joseph asked if the church would change constitution because of the Supreme Court decision regarding Gays & Lesbians.

FHABCO NEW COMMITTEE
The committee met several times this year to discuss important matters related to our church. We want to improve the image of our church. We have several key things that we are working this year.
A. Hiring a lawyer
B. Amending FHABCO constitution & Bylaws
C. Church Security (Group of Men)
D. Improving Church Service
E. Bigger role for Outreach Group
F. New Maintenance Committee
G. FHABCO DAYCARE CENTER
H. Facility Rental Use Charges for church members ($300 for small events & 50% for other events)
