Quantity limits: A limit on the amount of a drug you can have. Limits may be on the amount of the drug that we cover per prescription or how many refills you can get.

Skilled nursing facility (SNF): A nursing facility with the staff and equipment to give skilled nursing care and, in most cases, skilled rehabilitative services and other related health services.
