Fellowship Program Resumes In Decem

Fellowship Program Resumes In December 1976, the Foundation's Board of Trustees decided to resume the suspended portion of the Latin American fellowship program. The Trustees were shown that professional men and women educated under the earlier program were having a marked positive effect on important activities throughout Latin America.
